Learning the Party History and Remembering the Original Intent -- The study and education of the Party history of the Southern Bearing Party Branch

On February 20, 2021, the Party History Learning and Education Mobilization Conference was held in Beijing. At the meeting, President Xi stressed that carrying out Party history learning and education throughout the Party is a major decision made by the Central Committee of the Party based on the new starting point of the Party's 100 year history, coordinating the overall strategy of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented changes in the world in a century, and mobilizing the whole Party and the whole country to devote themselves to building a socialist modern country in an all-round way with confidence. All Party members should learn from history to make sense, to increase their credibility, to uphold their moral integrity, to learn from history, to learn from the history of the Party, to understand their ideas, to do practical things, and to start a new journey in building a socialist modern country in an all-round way, and to greet the centenary of the founding of the Party with outstanding achievements.

On June 5, all members of the Southern Bearing Party Branch carried out the party history study, education and party lesson study in Room 301. We had the honor to invite Professor Zhong Zhaohong, the doctoral candidate in history from Suzhou University, the postdoctoral candidate in history from Xiamen University, and the supervisor of the master's degree in psychology from Hehai University, to give us lectures.

In the class, Professor Zhong grasped the theme and main line of the development of the Party history, and told us the development process of the CPC in simple terms. We learned from the four historical periods of the New Democratic Revolution (to save the country), the socialist revolution and construction (to rejuvenate the country), the reform and opening up and socialist modernization (to enrich the country), and the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics (to strengthen the country), and deeply understood the spirit of the Red Boat, the Jinggangshan and the Long March.

In order to test the learning effect of Party members, Professor Zhong also purposely raised some questions to communicate with us, which improved the learning effect and deepened everyone's impression in the process of expressing their views.
