Nanfang Bearing used its excellent management experience, capital, brand and other resources to actively assist Wuxi Yilong to establish a new production base in Changzhou, Jiangsu Yilong Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd., expand the original production capacity, establish new high-speed tire production lines, and achieve import substitution and self expansion.

Wuxi Yilong Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise with sustainable airworthiness in China. The company has a professional technical and management team in the tire remanufacturing field. Over the past 20 years, it has provided more than tens of thousands of remanufactured aircraft tires for four major aviation groups, namely Air China, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines. Since 2012, aircraft tire technology has been successfully transformed into the remanufacturing of high-speed automobile tires (aircraft tires, racing tires, medium and high-end car tires, passenger car and freight car tires, etc.). More than 100000 tires have been tried in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shanghai and even East China, not only their performance has reached the national standard for new tires, but also they are popular in the market. How much pressure can the tire bear?

Take the Boeing 777 as an example: when preparing for international flights, the total weight of the Boeing 777 is about 300 tons, and these weights are mainly borne by the main landing gear on both wings. The 777 has six wheels on one side of the main landing gear. In other words, 12 wheels bear a weight of nearly 300 tons, and each wheel bears an average weight of 25 tons. Secondly, when the aircraft takes off and lands, the tire also bears strong vertical impact load and horizontal deceleration friction load. The takeoff speed of the aircraft is 300-350 kilometers per hour, and the landing speed is more than 200 kilometers per hour, which shows that the pressure on the tires is great.

How long can the tyres last?

If the number of flights is counted, one tire can use about 250 flights. After 250 consecutive flights, the tyres need to be serviced. For example, the worn tread can be retreaded for 5-6 times, which means that about 1500 flights can be used for one tire.

At present, Jiangsu Yilong has invested tens of millions of yuan to purchase imported high-end production equipment. The first high-speed tire remanufacturing demonstration production line with an annual capacity of 100000 has been put into production. Wuxi Yilong has moved to Jiangsu Yilong with its original excellent production line and technical backbone. After being fully put into production, the sales can reach hundreds of millions of yuan and the profit can reach tens of millions of yuan. Due to its huge market space, Jiangsu Yilong will build an annual production capacity of 300000 remanufactured tires in the future to achieve economic benefits as well as social benefits.
